Our beautiful estate is located in the Maracas Valley, which is situated on the western side of the Northern Range of Mountains in Trinidad and Tobago. Our base camp sits on the trail that leads thousands of hikers to the summit of El Tucuche, one of Trinidad's tallest mountains.

We steward this land with great reverence and care for the preservation of biodiversity and history.  ​

Our experiences focus on the A,B,C's of Trinidad. Agriculture, Botany and Chocolate. The intersections of these three studies contribute to the culture and flavor of the island!
